Uniform

Our school uniform assists us in the safeguarding of all children by engendering a sense of belonging to the school community. We encourage our children to take pride in their uniform and to develop a sense of joint responsibility for dressing appropriately for the learning environment. Our uniform is based on the colours red and grey. We request that all items worn for school be clearly named to enable mislaid uniform to be returned.

The recommended clothing is:

Grey trousers (or shorts)
Grey skirt
Red/white dress
White shirt/white polo shirt
School sweatshirt, red pullover or cardigan
Grey or white socks, or grey or red tights
Black or red secure shoes (no high heels, sling-back straps or open-toed sandals), or plain black trainers
Hair accessories to hold back long hair should be discrete, in school colours, and sit close to your child's head for safety reasons.

PE Kit
Red shorts
House colour polo shirt
Reception and KS1 (Butterflies, Lions and Cheetahs) - Plimsolls or trainers for outdoor PE
KS2 (Elephants, Tigers, Flamingos and Giraffes) - Trainers for outdoor PE
Socks for KS2
Tracksuit bottoms and sweatshirt in dark green or black

Please note: Football boots and shin pads are required by those children who play in football club.

For health and safety reasons, all children will have bare feet for dance and gymnastics. Please contact the class teacher if your child has a medical condition which affects their feet.
